At Stitch N Print Studio LLC, all custom embroidered items are made to order with care and precision. Because each piece is uniquely created, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds on custom products.
Exchanges & Replacements (If There Is an Issue)
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- The finished product does not match the approved design proof
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Eligible Exchange Situations
We are unable to offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in color or design placement
- Errors that were approved in the final design proof
Important Notice
All designs are reviewed and approved before production begins. By approving your design, you confirm that all details—including size, color, spelling, and placement—are accurate.
