At Stitch N Print Studio LLC<\/strong>, all custom embroidered items are made to order with care and precision. Because each piece is uniquely created, all sales are final<\/strong>, and we do not offer returns or refunds on custom products.<\/p>\n

Exchanges & Replacements (If There Is an Issue)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

  • You received the wrong item<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • The finished product does not match the approved design proof<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery<\/strong> and provide clear photos showing the issue.<\/p>\n

    Non-Eligible Exchange Situations<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    We are unable to offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:<\/p>\n
